Team Leader (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Support

• Oversee and manage day-to-day team operations, ensuring smooth workflow and quick problem-solving when challenges arise.


• Provide hands-on support, including stepping in to handle calls when necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.


• Serve as the bridge between the team and the client, addressing concerns and analyzing issues that may affect team performance.

People Development & Engagement

• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and collective goals in alignment with company objectives.


• Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews, focusing on professional growth and skills development.


• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, respect, and innovation.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Implement effective strategies and action plans to enhance performance and efficiency.


• Delegate tasks efficiently while ensuring all team members are equipped to succeed.


• Quickly analyze challenges and implement solutions, ensuring smooth operations even under pressure.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements to drive better customer experiences and team satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Leader in a BPO company.
Highly analytical with the ability to think quickly and make data-driven decisions.
Can multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching teams in a remote setup.
Excellent communication skills – can effectively engage with team members, clients, and management.
Goal-oriented and able to manage team performance effectively.
Willing to undergo a 3-month training period as a CSR to fully understand the role and lead by example.
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to remote work tools and platforms.
Cebu-based applicants are preferred
