Job Description

Product Owner

  • Compliance with the agreed customer service agreement (according to contract)
  • Supports during service and/or tool implementation
  • Operational contact for customer (external customer communication regarding technical service aspects)
  • Responsible for continuous process improvements
  • Analyze and derive actions from quality checks
  • Coordinates and/or process technical initial trainings (knowledge transfer to Solution Experts)

People Manager

  • Motivates, leads, and develops Solution Experts
  • Initiates monthly “Performance and Development Dialogue” with each Solution Expert
  • Analyze and derives actions from quality checks
  • Supports in conflict and change management (if necessary)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related course
  • Must have a good understanding of a "services business" in a customer service and technical background
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Team Leader position
  • Demonstrated Leadership abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
  • Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and Initiative
  • Experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules and 100% onsite
