Team Leader | Solar Campaign

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader with experience in the US Solar industry to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of motivating a team to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CSR experience in any Solar account

• At least 6 months Team Leader experience (BPO or Solar industry preferred)

• Salesforce experience is a strong plus

• Sales experience is an advantage

• Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment

• Can start immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching plans

• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to address performance gaps

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to process standards

• Collaborate with operations, QA, training, and support teams to improve workflow and results

• Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions

• Drive team engagement and create a positive, motivating environment
