Team Leader/Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition and Sourcing
Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- With bachelor's degree and 2-10 years prior experience in Talent Acquisition with full life cycle recruitment experience
- Bilingual (English). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be detail oriented and possess good analytical and project management skills; a skilled collaborator, willing to challenge the status quo and is effective at influencing change; comfortable navigating ambiguity; must demonstrate a solid understanding of HRlaws and regulations.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with team of North America Recruiters and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, to understand the position specifications and identify on possible approaches to search and sourced for qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough search of candidates via resume databases, search engine and networking sites using Boolean search language.
- Review individual candidate profiles in multiple websites and prepare shortlist of initial qualified candidates.
- Reach out to initial shortlisted candidates to gauge interest on particulars of job responsibilities, job location, salary range and other essential elements of the job.
- Build pipeline for future and high turnover positions and keeping candidates warm that are in the pipeline.
- Send interested / sourced / and qualified candidates to applicable Recruiters for initial prescreening calls.
- Work with Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to understand Mission Critical Roles (MCR) and confidential replacements, that need to be sourced.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals, by making initial outreach.
- Utilize proactive recruiting techniques to help attract qualified individuals, selecting individuals who will provide value to department and business functions.
- Adhere to cost effective recruitment and advertising alternatives, within department budget guidelines.
