Responsible for overall open PO backlog management and first line escalation point for sales and internal clients.\n\nAs a Team Lead - IP you will:\n\n * Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day operations and personnel within the Procurement and Supply Chain operations function.\n * Drive operational efficiency by evaluating and improving processes, procedures, systems, and business practices across Procurement.\n * Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal departments, representing Insight professionally and strengthening cross-functional relationships.\n * Monitor team performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements (order accuracy, processing time, backlog management).\n * Oversee reporting and issue resolution, including AP and vendor issues, variances, loss reporting, and issuance of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.\n * Support Category Managers through special projects such as spend analysis, cost baselines, RFP savings tracking, and contract compliance reporting, and perform other duties as assigned.\n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for:\n\n * Degree Holder\n\n\n * Minimum of 3 years related field service operations experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. \n\n\n * Working Knowledge of SAP (or other large ERP systems)\n * Strong analytical skills.\n * Attention to detail.\n * Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels.\n * Ambitious, flexible, and aggressive.
