The End User Computing (EUC) Audit & Compliance is responsible for ensuring all endpoint devices (Windows, macOS,mobile devices) comply with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal IT policies.
The team works closely with Infrastructure, IT Governance, IT Operations, Service Desk, and Audit teams to improve the organization's security posture and reduce compliance risks.
Responsible for providing senior-level support to ensure the overall Endpoint Compliance Management , Patch Management Compliance, Vulnerability Management&Remediation, Endpoint Security Controls, Software License Compliance, Audit Management, and technical service and support.
Technicians must possess a wide range of technical skills and knowledge, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems, networks, and security compliance.
Assist IT functions, acting as the local “hands and eyes” in resolving IT technical issues, Compliance related issues, Vulnerability Management & Remediation, Security & Baseline Coverage, Software Compliance and Support for the Audits (Internal, External & Customer) and prepare the necessary documents/artifacts.
Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve highly advanced complex issues in support of business processing requirements.
Must have large enterprise, client-facing experience with Excellent Troubleshooting skills & implementation.
Proven experience (4+ years) as a Senior EUC security Engineer or similar role.
Technicians must possess a wide range of technical skills and knowledge, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems, networks, and security compliance.
End-to-End Ownership & Escalation with respect to Compliance tickets and escalations with expert judgment
Solid experiences in Windows 11 & macOS administration, Security & Baseline Coverage, Endpoint Compliance Management, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management Compliance, Endpoint Security Controls, Software License Compliance, Audit Management, Risk & Compliance Reporting, Data Protection Compliance, Device Lifecycle Compliance and Active Directory & Identity Compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify and resolve Vulnerability and Compliance related issues.
Close findings from security audits and vulnerability assessments and implement necessary security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Representing the Audit and Compliance discussion, Internal Audits, providing required evidence, PreAudit checks, plan and mitigate Audit observations.
Knowledge in Windows 11 OS installation
Exposure to handling incidents and/or service requests related to Google Workspace, Office 365 and Adobe Cloud Products will be an added advantage
Hands on experience in handling requirements/Issues from OS Deployment, Antivirus, Patch Management, Encryption, VDI, Citrix
Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Assist IT functions, acting as the local “hands and eyes” in resolving IT technical issues. Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues.
Experience working in a collaborative environment.
Mentor team members on technical issues.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
