Job Description - Technical Administrator (Simpro) | AU | Hybrid - Ortigas




Setup and Location: Hybrid - Ortigas



Work Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (ACST - NT) | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (PH Time)



Employment Type: Full-time

As a Technical Administrator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the operations team, managing and overseeing warehouse operations, handling sales enquiries, and developing and managing safety and compliance documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.







What You'll Do:



You’ll be the kind of person who:



  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including document management and reporting.

  • Maintain and update technical records, databases, and systems.

  • Assist with procurement and inventory management and liaise with warehouse staff.

  • Act as a liaison between operations staff, clients, and other departments.

  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

  • Support customers and staff with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks as needed.

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide accurate quotes to clients.

  • Maintain records of quotes, sales, and customer interactions.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and inventory management.

  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and provide delivery updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.

  • Simpro experience is essential.






Requirements



What You Bring



We’re looking for someone who:



  • Hands-on Simpro experience (essential/non-negotiable)

  • Strong administrative / data entry background

  • Experience supporting operations, projects, or service teams

  • Ability to work in a reactive, fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable handling a mix of: System work (Simpro); Spreadsheets / data entry; Documentation



Nice to have:



  • Exposure to inventory, job management, or trade/service industries

  • Experience supporting field or technical teams
