Technical Advisor for the implementation of the design and implementation of the Open Radio Access Network (RAN) Laboratory in the Philippines

Required Skills

• Has at least 10 years of work or consulting experience in ICT and telecommunications industry and in other adjacent fields
• Open RAN practioner with extensive engagement with both public and private sectors
• Has extensive knowledge on network solutions and radio access network hardware, software, systems, and protocol configurations, including ORAN certifications.
• Has an advanced degree in network engineering, electronics and communications engineering or related fields
• Has extensive professional connections in the telecommunications industry, major business groups and relevant ICT organizations.
