Technical & Creative Virtual Assistant

Position Summary

The Technical & Creative Virtual Assistant will be
responsible for managing the client's digital content across multiple
platforms. The role centers around podcast editing, short-form video creation,
social media management, graphic design, and occasional website updates.

The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, organized,
coachable, and capable of transforming raw content into polished, engaging
marketing assets while maintaining the client's professional brand.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast Production & Video Editing

• Edit
  podcast episodes (approximately two episodes per month)
  
• Produce
  polished long-form YouTube videos
  
• Create
  engaging short-form clips from podcast episodes
  
• Repurpose
  long-form content into Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos
  
• Add
  captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions, and branding
  
• Ensure
  audio quality and professional presentation
  
• Organize
  video files and maintain content library
  

Social Media Management

Manage the client's social media presence across:

• Instagram
  
• Facebook
  
• LinkedIn
  
• TikTok
  
• YouTube
  

Responsibilities include:

• Create
  graphics for social media

  promotional assets
  
• Schedule

• Publish

• Write
