TECHNICAL DIRECTOR FOR TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Technical Director for Testing and Commissioning assists the Construction Team in understanding the detailed requirements to close out all T&C requirements. The position is to provide assistance with all aspects of the development of all matrixes required for the completion of the T&C works.

Licensed Engineer, with Master’s Degree or Certificate in Project Management, or MBA

Chartered Engineer or equivalent of a recognized professional engineering body

At least ten (10) years of experience in the Managerial level or position as Technical Director in the Testing and Commissioning aspect.

Must have background in Construction, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Planning, System Software Set Up (BMS), Guest Room Control and other associated systems to carry out a full IPVT Test.

With experience in a similar position building upon local and international client relationships

Relevant technical expertise in the test, design, development, and operations.

Leadership and managerial skills.

1.) Carries out review of the design on the infrastructure services and Client/Developer on any necessary additions required for the T&C of the designs

2.) Assists in monitoring the progress of the works and enduring that the Clients/Developer instructions are being adhered to

3.) Review and monitor the T&C activity n depth, ensure schedule of all deliverables, budget, planning, and cost engineering

4.) Write T&C procedures and prepare site activities to identify risks and issues

5.) Assists in the preparation of regular reports providing update to the Client/Developer on the progress and quality of installation

6.) Assists in ensuring defects found during the T&C are attended to and completed in order to mitigate items that may potentially delay the close out

7.) Identifies, records, and implements actions in response to non-conformities / complaints

8.) Leads client contract negotiations and ensure fulfillment of contract obligations and commercial disputes.

9.) Responsible for forecasting project expenditure and program performance

10.) Manage subcontractors and suppliers on the project where appropriate and ensure the relevant form of subcontract is used and complied with.

11.) Creation of high-level test plans and frameworks incorporating integration and safety milestones

12.) Creation of verification processes, workflows, and Product Breakdown Structures

13.) Performs other functions and tasks as assigned or required from time to time.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
