Technical Documentation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Coordinator with experience in preparing and managing dry-lay and loading reports for stone and marble or related construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical documentation skills, excellent coordination ability, and a solid understanding of AEC workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain dry-lay reports and loading documentation

• Coordinate with drafting, production, and project teams to gather accurate data

• Ensure all reports meet project, client, and quality standards

• Track revisions and maintain proper document control

• Support project teams with technical documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Experience handling dry-lay and loading reports (stone/marble or related works preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management tools

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams remotely

• Good written communication skills
