Job Description - Technical Interviewer (Americas & EMEA Shift)

Your Impact







As a Technical Interviewer, you will ensure that only technically qualified candidates advance through the hiring pipeline for critical IT roles across multiple domains.









  • You will evaluate candidates for a wide range of IT roles across multiple domains, including Automation & RPA, Cloud & Platform, IT Support, Network & Security, Systems, Database, and specialized support functions.

  • You will conduct technical assessments across these domains, ensuring candidates meet the required competencies and real-world job expectations.

  • You will support diverse hiring needs by interviewing candidates from junior to lead levels, covering roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, and architects in enterprise environments.













What You'll do:



  • Conduct structured technical interviews (video) to assess candidates across IT domains (Support, Cloud, Network, Automation, Systems, Middleware).

  • Evaluate technical competencies, problem-solving skills, and role-level capability (L1–Lead) using real-world scenarios and case-based questions.

  • Develop and maintain question banks, technical assessments, and practical challenges aligned with job requirements.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to calibrate evaluation criteria, pass/fail standards, and role expectations.

  • Deliver detailed, objective feedback in ATS, ensuring strong candidate experience, consistency, and turnaround time compliance.
    Additional task as required by the recruitment team and IT Team as needed







Requirements

What You Need



  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, Automation/RPA, Cloud Operations, or Middleware/Database.

  • Proven experience in technical interviewing, candidate assessment, or panel evaluation.

  • Strong technical breadth: Windows/Linux, Active Directory, Power Automate/RPA, Azure/AWS/GCP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SQL, VM environments.

  • Solid understanding of real-world IT operations, troubleshooting, and enterprise systems across multiple domains.

  • Excellent English communication skills, with ability to provide clear, structured technical feedback and work in Americas shift.
