About the Job:

We are looking for an Operations Manager / Technical Operations Lead to join our client's team and support the optimization of their SaaS operations environment. In this role, you will oversee operational workflows, monitor system performance, and coordinate closely with engineering, customer success, sales teams, and external partners. You will play a key role in troubleshooting integration and API-related issues, improving operational processes, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of SaaS platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor operational dashboards, alerts, and integration feeds to ensure system stability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve minor technical and operational issues independently.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot API, integration, and SaaS-related problems.
• Support and maintain SaaS operations, workflows, and partner integrations.
• Translate technical information into clear and actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with distributors, external partners, and third-party integration providers.
• Assist with IT administration tasks, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and SaaS tool management.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, GitHub, Datadog, and Featurebase to manage workflows and operational tasks.
• Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, Next.js, GitHub, Jira, and Datadog.
• Experience reading logs, querying databases, and analyzing API responses.
• Familiarity with frontend applications and SaaS environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor bugs and operational issues independently.
• Knowledge of monitoring, debugging, and issue-tracking processes.
• Basic IT administration and SaaS platform management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
