Technical Purchasing Specialist - Muntinlupa

The Technical Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing supplier relationships, procuring engineering materials and components, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and optimize purchasing processes to support project timelines and objectives. The Purchasing Engineer also provides technical expertise and leadership to the purchasing team, driving innovation and efficiency.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years in procurement or a closely related field
• Prior experience with vendor management
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation
• Previous involvement in cost-reduction initiatives

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of technical blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of quality control standards

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
