Role Summary 


This hybrid role combines technical recruitment (75%) with new hire onboarding support (25%) across APAC. You will lead the sourcing and hiring of top-tier technical and business support talent while ensuring smooth onboarding processes in collaboration with the People team. 


Key Responsibilities 


Talent Acquisition (75%) 



  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand resourcing needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies. 

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates for technical and business roles using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. 

  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. 

  • Manage the offer process, including approvals, negotiation, and closing. 

  • Promote EOS’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. 

  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies. 


New Hire Onboarding & Support (25%) 



  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including system setup, documentation, and compliance checks. 

  • Support HR systems administration and maintain accurate employee data. 

  • Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and system deactivation. 

  • Ensure adherence to employment law and internal policies. 

  • Collaborate with global HR colleagues to maintain consistent practices. 


 


What You Need to Succeed 



  • Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), with a strong track record in technical hiring, particularly across APAC. 

  • Familiarity with HR processes, particularly onboarding and systems administration. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and organisational skills. 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. 

  • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms, plus Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Understanding of employment laws relevant to recruitment and onboarding. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions. 


Preferred Experience 



  • CIPD accreditation or equivalent HR qualification.

  • Similar industry experience.
