Job Title: US Technical Recruiter


Job Schedule: Night Shift


Job Location: Hybrid (4x a week onsite) - McKinley West, Taguig



Job Description



We are looking for an experienced Offshore Technical Recruiter to join our team, specializing in US recruitment. As an Offshore Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, coordinating schedules, and extending job offers to candidates for technical roles in the US. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.



Job Responsibilities




  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop job descriptions

  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams

  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback

  • Conduct Job Offer and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities



Requirements




  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Technical / IT Recruitment

  • Experience in offshore recruitment is an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be amenable to work on a night shift in a hybrid setup (4x a week onsite)
