Technical Recruiter (IT, Construction and Engineering)

Recruitment Strategy Implementation 

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes. 

• Identify suitable employment sites and review vendor proposals. 

• Research and keep up to date with current market trends and recruitment tools. 

Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment 

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels. 

• Conduct initial phone screenings, first-round interviews and client preparation sessions for pre-qualified candidates. 

• Coordinate next-level interviews with candidates. 

Candidate Relationship Management 

• Maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates. 

• Provide candidates with feedback regarding their application outcome. 

• Facilitate communication between Twoconnect and the candidate during the offer stage. 

• Continue to maintain the relationship with successful candidates up to the pre-onboarding stage. 

Collaboration and Reporting 

• Maintain recruitment data analytics and submit regular reports to management. 

• Create candidate summaries for submission to the client. 

• Provide recruitment support to other team members as needed. 

 Recruitment Pipeline and ATS Management 

• Ensure roles progress through the recruitment pipeline on schedule. 

• Record accurate data and activity in the ATS. 

• Manage candidate pipeline in the ATS and ensure all information is up to date. 

• Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years in a similar role in an outsourcing environment.
• Experience hiring for IT, Construction and Engineering roles is required.
• Effective communication and influence at various business levels.
• Strong network and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
• Good analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team of experienced professionals.

Candidates from the Greater Manila Area will be prioritized as this role will be mostly working from home but may need to work onsite on a quarterly basis.
