Job Description - Technical Recruiter (IT, Construction and Engineering)
Recruitment Strategy Implementation
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
Identify suitable employment sites and review vendor proposals.
Research and keep up to date with current market trends and recruitment tools.
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial phone screenings, first-round interviews and client preparation sessions for pre-qualified candidates.
Coordinate next-level interviews with candidates.
Candidate Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates.
Provide candidates with feedback regarding their application outcome.
Facilitate communication between Twoconnect and the candidate during the offer stage.
Continue to maintain the relationship with successful candidates up to the pre-onboarding stage.
Collaboration and Reporting
Maintain recruitment data analytics and submit regular reports to management.
Create candidate summaries for submission to the client.
Provide recruitment support to other team members as needed.
Recruitment Pipeline and ATS Management
Ensure roles progress through the recruitment pipeline on schedule.
Record accurate data and activity in the ATS.
Manage candidate pipeline in the ATS and ensure all information is up to date.
Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
At least 5 years in a similar role in an outsourcing environment.
Experience hiring for IT, Construction and Engineering roles is required.
Effective communication and influence at various business levels.
Strong network and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
Good analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work in a team of experienced professionals.
Candidates from the Greater Manila Area will be prioritized as this role will be mostly working from home but may need to work onsite on a quarterly basis.
