Job DescriptionAchieved monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned areaApproach and promote the principal’s products to existing and potential customersDevelops, handles, and maintains the business to customers by achieving monthly KPI, by visiting and addressing inquiries and concerns, and by providing technical assistance and product knowledgeCommunicate with superior from time to time to discuss situations and activities on assigned territoryProposing the product’s price by cost structure approved by superiorAssist the Credit and Collection Department, in collecting and/or setting receivablesContribute and suggest ideas toward improving and/or achieving sales and marketing objectives of the companyBenchmarks and monitors competitors' prices, strategies, and activitiesAssist in checking inventory reports and assure stocks are within buffer levelAttend seminars and training on product knowledge and self-development to increase efficiency in both technical and marketing skillsPerform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.Job QualificationsChemical Engineering/ Food Technology Graduate / Cosmetic Science/ Chemistry/ Pharmacy Graduate is an AdvantageNewly Graduates are welcome to applyExperience: at least 1 year of related work (Preferred)Language: FOR CEBU: Can speak native language (Hiligaynon) and English (Required)You'll need to haveDriving (Non-Pro licensed)The ability and desire to sellNegotiation and Coordinating SkillsExcellent communication skillsA positive, confident, and determined approachResilience and the ability to cope with rejectionA high degree of self-motivation and ambitionThe skills to work both independently and as part of a teamThe capability to flourish in a competitive environmentA good level of numeracyCan drive with a driving licenseFluency in a foreign language - this can be helpful, particularly if working for an international companySalary: will discuss during the Job Offer Work Set Up: - 1-2 months of training at the CPH Office (Orientation, Product, and Services Offered)- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Filed work: Client Visit, will report at the office once or twice a week
