Job Description - Technical Sales Support
Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.-Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.-Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, Excel, and Word)-Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and product events (if applicable).Key Responsibilities:-Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during all stages of the sales process.-Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries from customers, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.-Collaborate with the product development team to understand product capabilities and provide feedback based on customer requirements.-Create and maintain technical documentation, sales materials, and training resources for internal and external stakeholders.-Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.-Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product development teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.-Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with the appropriate teams to resolve customer problems.-Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
