We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist who resolves complex platform issues, supports configuration and customisation, and ensures a stable, high-quality user experience across production environments.
Key Responsibilities
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years in SaaS, software support, or technical application support
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Solid experience writing SQL queries
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Comfortable reading and navigating Java code
• Clear written and verbal English communication
• Able to work independently and manage priorities
• Experience supporting overseas clients is highly regarded
Nice to have
• Exposure to AWS or cloud infrastructure
• Experience in engineering, inspections, or asset management platforms
• Familiarity with Git and version control

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
