As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients participating in our financial campaign. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting technical issues related to financial software, hardware, and systems utilized in the campaign. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operation and resolve any technical obstacles promptly. Qualifications:
College graduates or Completed 2 years in college
1 to 2 years of Service Desk experience
Customer service experience is a plus
Knowledge of Windows and MAC OS Systems
Some Desktop/Laptop hardware experience in both PC or Mac environments
Superior customer service skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work onsite - Lipa Batangas Salary and Benefits:
Package - 23,000 to 26,000
Allowances
20% night differential
HMO Coverage after 2 months
