In this role you will write deeply technical content across channels and media that engages customers and prospects, helps customers derive greater value from the platform, and drives growth. Your hands-on experience and broad survey of IT processes, technologies, and best practices, coupled with your advanced English writing, editing, and speaking skills will be instrumental in your success in this role.

What You’ll be Doing

• Technical Writing & Content Development:
• Create compelling content to educate customers and showcase our product value.
• Translate profoundly technical concepts for sales and marketing teams.
• Develop technical playbooks & product best practices around our products.
• Collaborate as a technical SME on assets such as messaging, positioning, keynote presentations, tools, SEO, paid search, blogs, articles, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Competitive Intelligence Analysis & Technical Insights:
• Support sales & marketing teams with technical & competitive knowledge and expertise.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' offerings and deliver detailed reports.
• Identify opportunities leveraging technical & competitive intelligence including content, tools, and strategies to drive growth, improve win rates, & reduce churn.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English writing, editing, and speaking skills at a tested level of C2 or native proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in content writing
• 2+ years experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer, Product Marketer, or Technical Account Manager in the IT management space OR 2+ years experience as an MSP, IT Technician, Systems Administrator, or IT Manager
• Extensive hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of a wide range of IT processes, technologies, and best practices, with a focus on enterprise IT operational software products such as Remote Monitoring Management (RMM), End Point (EP), and Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies.
• Extensive technical expertise and a understanding of NinjaOne's products, customers, and markets
• Hands on experience with the NinjaOne platform (highly preferred)
• You are a skilled researcher, technical writer, storyteller and copyeditor who’s created compelling content for videos, socials, white papers, guides, blog posts etc
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into clear, concise, and persuasive content that resonates with diverse stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder influence skills
• You’ve built and maintained VM demo environments
• You excel in high-volume content management, including spreadsheets and meticulous tagging
