Job Description - Technician, Guest Rooms (Electromechanical)

This position will be responsible for supporting the Civil Maintenance group in providing Electromechanical design, technical analysis and the operation and repair of guestroom equipment; thorough knowledge of techniques and tools used in repair of guestroom facilities and equipment.

Requirements

Install, repair, and maintain guestroom and equipment.
Assist with power system calculations and design in distribution, grounding, and lighting.
Review installation drawings for compliance and safety.
Plan and execute wiring layouts, conduit installation, and equipment connections.
Test circuits for safety and performance.
Inspect installations for code adherence and perform repairs as needed.
