Responsibilities:

Research

• Integrate tools and automations to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Develop strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Perform financial analysis to evaluate project costs and returns.
• Gather insights to inform strategic decisions. 

Strategy Development:

• Develop growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create actionable plans for both mobile apps and web platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies effectively.

Sales and Marketing:

• Plan and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies by analyzing target markets.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to derive insights.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Financial Analysis:

• Evaluate project costs and potential returns.
• Provide financial insights to guide decision-making.
• Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.

Conversion Optimization and Experimentation:

• Develop and execute tests to optimize app store pages and in-app experiences.
• Analyze experiment results and share insights with team leads.
• Continuously improve conversion rates.

Monitoring User Actions:

• Review Smartlook session recordings to understand user behavior.
• Provide actionable recommendations and detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys, reviews, and support tickets.
• Collaborate with teams to implement improvements based on feedback.

CRM Management:

• Track and resolve customer requests and complaints.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business developer in both web and mobile app projects.
• Experience in handling mobile app projects is a must have.
• Highly motivated and self-confident with a strong desire for self-improvement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and product growth.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiar with project management and communication tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Slack).
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Startup experience is good to have.
