Technology Engineer (Mechanical)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical advisor for UPS, PACU, and ACU systems.


• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using diagrams.


• Coordinate with principals and subcontractors to resolve equipment concerns.


• Monitor and ensure quality of electro-mechanical installations.


• Install and position UPS, battery systems, rack systems, and monitoring systems.


• Install cable trays, wires, panels, and communication cables.


• Coordinate technical activities with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.


• Implement engineering plans and schedules.


• Build credibility through technical expertise.


• Collaborate with sales and data center teams.


• Join meetings and technical events as needed.


• Prepare As-Built documentation.


• Create incident and RCA reports for client communication.


• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering


• Has experience on mechanical and/or electrical installation


• Has background with data center facilities equipment.


• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD


• Candidates with certifications from Data Center Facility Equipment manufacturer has advantage

Competency:

• Has experience on mechanical and/or electrical installation


• Has background with data center facilities equipment.


• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD


• Candidates with certifications from Data Center Facility Equipment manufacturer has advantage

Working Conditions:

• The candidate must be willing to work form good to extreme work area conditions and must be willing to travel to various parts of the Philippines depending on the need to perform his/her duty as indicated.
