Telemarketer

• Make outbound calls to businesses from pre-assigned datasets
  


• Gather comprehensive shipping profiles, including:
  


• Shipment volumes and destinations
  


• Current shipping providers and rates
  


• Frequency and type of shipments (domestic, international, express, freight, etc.)
  


• Any pain points or issues with current logistics providers
  


• Identify and capture full details of decision-makers and influencers in the shipping process.
  


• Request and log any example pricing or quotes from the prospect, if available.
  


• Record all information accurately in the agreed lead profile format and CRM/system.
  


• Ensure each lead meets quality standards before passing it to the sales team.
  


• Maintain a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and rapport-building on all calls.
  


• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, profiles completed, and qualified leads passed.
  


• Provide feedback on data quality, script effectiveness, and customer responses.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  


• Confident and articulate telephone manner.
  


• Strong listening, questioning, and data-capturing skills.
  


• Experience with CRMs or data entry platforms is desirable.
  


• Ability to handle objections and build interest over the phone.
  


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
