Automotive Service Telemarketer Job Description
Position Overview:
The Automotive Service Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell automotive products and services. This role focuses on generating/ tapping leads, setting appointments for service/ PMS, and providing excellent customer service to increase dealership revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using a provided call list or service database.
• Promote automotive products such as vehicles, parts, service packages, warranties, and financing options.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about products and services.
• Set appointments for PMS or repair of JMC units.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as necessary.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and service targets.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and dealership updates.

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, service, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-driven approach.
• Familiarity with automotive products and terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• College graduate/ Vocational graduate or equivalent required; further education is a plus.

Work Environment:
Based in a JMC dealership in Balintawak, Quezon City. Monday to Saturday work schedule. 8:30am to 5:30 working hours.
