About the Role – Telesales Associate
The Telesales Associate will engage with potential clients, nurturing leads generated through performance marketing or referrals to close sales or seamlessly transition leads to Relationship Managers. They will play a vital role in eKYC processes and help achieve deposit targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement and Conversion
Contact leads via calls or video calls and present product offerings effectively.
Conduct eKYC video calls and ensure accurate documentation.
Close leads independently or coordinate handovers to RMs for high-net-worth clients.
CRM and Process Adherence
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and progress using the CRM tool.
Adhere to compliance protocols and ensure all activities meet banking regulations.
Performance and Collaboration
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide feedback to the Team Leader on lead quality and conversion opportunities.
Customer Service Excellence
Build strong rapport with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Uphold a high standard of customer service to enhance client trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in telesales or customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or finance.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work with CRM tools, with familiarity in Jira being a plus.
Knowledge of KYC requirements is an advantage.
