Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of proven experience in online product sales. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by engaging with potential customers and converting leads into sales.

Job Description :

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Promote and sell our products effectively.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Ensuring KPIs are followed and managed on daily basis.
• Create follow ups, maintain lead status and filter warm leads for sales conversion.
• Probing to understand customer requirements.
• Having an experience to deliver consistent sales perfomance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of product sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
