Telesales Representative - Gateway Visa Solution (Naga Branch)

Gateway Visa Solution is an immigration consultancy firm in the Philippines. We have branches in Metro Manila and Bicol. We offer services, for Skilled Migration (Permanent Resident Visa) and Study Abroad Programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospects, present services, and close sales
• Record customer interactions and maintain CRM systems
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Continually update knowledge of company offerings and policies

• Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Proven experience in telesales or sales/customer service with a track record of meeting quotas
• Knowledge of CRM software and relevant computer programs
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales
