Job Description - Telesales Team Leader
L-eading and managing a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.-Propose salary policies, incentives, and contests tailored for telesales staff, ensuring alignment with the company‘s budget while maintaining competitiveness in the market-Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their performance and skills.-Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed-Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals and objectives for team members-Ensure adherence to sales processes, procedures, and quality standards of the company.-Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.-Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.-Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.-Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
