The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for the proper implementation of the Company’s existing guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation of activities of all the mall tenants to ensure that works are completed within the specified plans and standard of the Company. 

Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, company house rules and regulations. Assist tenants in resolving construction-related problems and issues in coordination with engineering and leasing department. Facilitate the expeditious processing of tenant’s temporary and final clearances to operate.

Requirement:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Industrial Design or Engineering
• At least 2 years working experience in customer service, hospitality, tenant relations or equivalent
• With good communication skills both oral and written
• Must be highly analytical, dynamic and creative
