Test Centre Administrator (Davao,Philippines)

Location: Davao
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (5 days/week)

The Test Centre Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the ACE Testing Hub by ensuring examinations are conducted securely, professionally, and in full compliance with testing partner requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to follow strict procedures in a controlled testing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate check-in, identity verification, and exam admissions in accordance with testing protocols


• Monitor examinations to ensure strict compliance with security and testing rules


• Provide clear instructions and professional assistance to candidates before and during exams


• Maintain a secure, quiet, and well-organised testing environment at all times


• Complete all required reports, logs, and documentation accurately and within set timelines


• Identify, document, and escalate any incidents, irregularities, or technical concerns following established procedures


• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to daily test centre operations as needed

• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn testing and monitoring systems


• Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times


• Willingness and availability to work on a fixed schedule (Tuesday to Saturday)
