Test Engineer

What you’ll do:

•  Shall supervise, lead, manage, and provide technical assistance to Test Engineering team which contributes in meeting the monthly commitment. 
•  Responsible in solving problem in line sustaining in the least possible time to meet desired machine uptime.
• In charge of related maintenance, LOTO, and machine guarding.
• Define and or develop test processes and document this process so that manufacturing team have guidance. Expected documents are SOP’s & Test programs & Checklists
• Ensure that ECO related to test requirements are properly implemented
• Plan and execute corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance activities for the Testers
• Set-up Test Related Equipment, qualify it & deploy to operations.
• Support PROLaunch activities and Test Improvements and development

Qualifications:

• Electronics or Electical Engineering graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience in Power Supply 
• and/or Uninterruptible Power Supply Industry.
•  Experience in in Final assembly and PCBA troubleshooting, testing, and analysis.
•  Experience in Machine commisioning, improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance
•  Experience in Test Program coding Labview, Labview Test Stand, VB6, VB.net
•  Solid experience in Final Assembly and PCBA Production Test Support and Test Improvement
•  Able to interpret and understand schematic diagram
