YOUR ROLE 

This position is responsible for providing support to achieve Test operation targets by providing optimum machine performance through Equipment Engineering activities within designated machine models in accordance with company guidelines and requirements.

• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) to maximize productivity and reduce waste.


• Develop, execute, and optimize Preventive Maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.


• Conduct advanced engineering evaluations and implement complex product and process simplifications.


• Utilize advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to solve complex engineering problems.


• Responsible for the maintenance of test equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.


• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians in best practices and technical skills.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality standards.


• Lead initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability through innovative solutions.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Graduate of any engineering course except Civil Engineering.


• At least 5 years of experience in handling Test Equipment Engineering in the semiconductor industry or a similar environment.


• Advanced familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and QC Tools.


• Open-minded with a passion for working in multi-functional environments.


• Exceptional attention to details in both data organization and analytics.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.


• Proven track record of driving significant process improvements and achieving operational excellence.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect, collaborate well with stakeholders (customer, suppliers, and colleagues).


• Keen attention to details, both data organization and analytics.
