JOB DESCRIPTION

The Content Developer for Thai will create learning and teaching materials for our Thai training solutions. This is a contractual position in which the candidate will be expected to:

• Design the scope and sequence of courses teaching general and business use of the language. Each course should contain language objectives and a proposed list of topics to be created that are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the company's methodology;
• Create the content of these courses and apply feedback from the in-house Content team;
• Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality and relevance;
• Attend as many training sessions as needed, and otherwise be available for consultations (through email or Google Meet calls) on a regular basis.

All output from the Content Developer will be subject to approval before payment can be processed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must:

• Be a native speaker of Thai with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation;
• Have excellent English communication skills;
• Have at least five (5) years of experience teaching Thai;
• A college degree in Education, Communication, or a similar field;
• Be familiar with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR);
• Have strong online research skills;
• Have basic to intermediate computer skills (is at least familiar and can interact with Google Workspace)
• Be familiar with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT.
