Thermoforming Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:- Operate and stabilize thermoforming machines for cups, lids, trays and etc.- Implements SOP of the PP thermoforming machines before, during and after operation.- Performs process, mechanical and minor electrical troubleshooting an ask assistance from line mechanics,senior operators or superiors when necessary.- Submits properly filled up daily production report every end of the shift.- Report to his superior of any unusual sounds or movement in his assigned machine for immediate and prevent further damage.- Suggest and initiates machines and process improvements for his assigned machines.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- With skills in thermoforming machine process and related machines such as crusher and basic Extruder operation.- Knowledgeable on thermoforming machines operation, process and controls and prameters adjustments.Education and Experience:- Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma- At least 3-4 years in of working experience in thermoforming and related field is required
