Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Calculate hours worked accurately and incorporating leaves, overtime, holiday premium and other pay benefits
Manage and maintain PTO/Leave tracker
Create Attendance data for confirmation to verify accuracy of reports
Address issues and questions regarding attendance and process payroll adjustment/dispute on a timely manner
Consolidate and create Final attendance report for Payroll computation purposes
Maintains daily/weekly/monthly historical attendance tracker
Process Final Pay for resigned/separated employees
Maintain and manages all Timekeeping Tools and System
Process weekly and monthly accrual report
Prepare reports for upper management, Payroll/Finance department etc
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's /College Degree in accountancy, at least 1 year of work experience.
Solid understanding of Timekeeping fundamentals, policies and procedures.
Knowledge on any Timekeeping or payroll tools is an advantage.
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
Outstanding organization ability with great attention to detail.
At least 1-year(s) Experience in the related field is required for the position and knowledge in MS office specially in MS excel.
Ability to multi task, adapt, change and achieve results with accuracy and precision.
Can work on shifting schedules.
Must demonstrate strong analytical skills.
Able to work well under pressure;
