Location: Taguig City

The role

As Trade Business Analyst, you will help improve and support the company's trade finance systems. In this role, you'll work closely with business users and technology teams to understand business requirements, improve processes, and ensure Trade360 platform supports products such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bills & Collections, and Supply Chain Finance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to gather and understand requirements for trade finance products.


• Analyze and document end-to-end trade finance processes.


• Create business and functional requirement documents, process flows, and user stories.


• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to implement system enhancements in Trade360.


• Support system testing (SIT/UAT) and validate new features before deployment.


• Ensure solutions comply with SWIFT standards and trade finance regulations.


• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and recommending process improvements.

What we're looking for:

• 5-12 years of experience in Trade Finance, Banking Business Analysis, or Banking Technology.


• Good understanding of trade finance products such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bills & Collections, and Supply Chain Finance.


• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and test scenarios.


• Familiarity with SDLC or Agile project delivery.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience with Trade360 or similar trade finance platforms is highly preferred.
