Log and submission of sales orders to CSDL for processing of orders4.. Encoding of gathered data of competitors price and promotions5. Encoding of consignment inventory and S.O6. Compilation of trade photos/pictures7. Safe keeping, monitoring, and updating flyers inventory, tester & marketing collateralsReports1. Weekly submission of store inventories of other accounts and stock checklist2. Monthly submission of Trade photos of promo execution , new product display etc.3. Monitoring of stores with the inventory and without inventory4. Updating of LS activities implementation5. Preparing needed forms of merchandisers/brand ambassadorsJOB REQUIREMENTS1. Proven work experience as Admin Assistant2. Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques3. Solid computer skills, including MS excel (Pivot, Vlook up), Word, PPT4. Excellent communication and presentation skills5. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude6. With average typing skills (50-70 WPM)
