Trade Marketing Coordinator

Marketing coordinator will primarily support the Trade Marketing team in all administrative tasks. He/she will report to the Asst. Trade Marketing Manager and assist in ensuring the prompt delivery of requirements and compliance with documentation and billing as prescribed by the Finance team.

This person will also handle:

- Day-to-day follow up and coordination with supplier for timely fulfillment of their deliverables

o Includes processing of billing invoices (checking for accuracy and compliance of entries)

- Follow up design and/or concept approval from Brand and Sales teams

- Support on new projects

o Preparing Terms of Reference

o Following up cost estimates from suppliers

o Check and collate all supplier requirements for accreditation

o Prepare bid forms for big ticket projects

- Updating of supplier database

- Encoding of menus from the On-Prem sales team, proper turn over to in-house designer

(Caroline)

- Coordination with CEVA on the following:

o VAP items (including bottles, glasses and boxes) and bundling updates

o POSM monitoring and delivery schedule (both on and off trade)

- Creating request for FOCs and POSM (includes Brand requirements)

Others:

o Inventory and monitoring of Marketing stock room items

- Preparing gate pass for items to be brought in and pulled out

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
• Good command of MS Office
• Good planning, coordination, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
