Trade Marketing Supervisor

Job Description:

• Develops trade marketing strategies aligned with marketing and sales objectives
• Plans and executes promotional campaigns for various trade channels
• Manages relationships with key trade partners
• Conducts market research and competitor analysis
• Creates marketing collateral (POS materials, brochures, catalogs)
• Supports sales teams through tools, training, and resources
• Monitors and analyzes KPIs for trade marketing performance
• Plans and executes marketing strategies within approved budgets
• Ensures trade marketing team adheres to standards and responsibilities

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year business-related course (Marketing preferred)
• 1-2 years Trade Marketing experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting tools
• Able to work under pressure, trustworthy, flexible schedule
• Willing to travel within assigned areas
