TRADE MARKETING SUPERVISOR Salary Range Php 25,000 – 30,000.00Reports to: Chief Operating Officer of Marketing, Sales and logisticsSection: Marketing DepartmentDepartment: Sales DepartmentDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketingobjectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget Developing of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing,conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brands Finds the promotional regions’ strong and weak points and suggests improvements toperformance Analyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affectcompany objectives Ensures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials andneeds Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines arerespected Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of ouraudiences and effectiveness of our campaigns Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customerconversions, and generate more qualified leadsCustomer attrition rate low and retention rate high Sales Revenue (target vs. achieve) Customer Acquisition Cost (total sales & marketing investment vs. no. of customer acquired) Average order value (AOV) Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) - ex. Php 100 earning for every Php 50 spent onadvertising campaign, meaning ROAS is 100:50.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION AND TRAININGS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field At least 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platformsSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills Must have strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data Creative thinker and proactive problem solver Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Excellent understanding of subscriptions marketing including retention, acquisition, in lifemarketing Business savvy with strong analytical skills Solid customer-service attitude
