Trade to Cash Team Lead (BGC Taguig) | Onsite

Work Setup: On-site in BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: Day Shift

The Credit & Collections Team Lead oversees collections and credit management functions within the Invoice to Cash team. This role oversees customer pricing claims, trade spend claims management, and cash application functions within the same team. The Invoice to Cash Lead oversees the entire Trade to Cash operations team in Manila, with responsibility spanning accounts receivable and collections, credit management, pricing claims and deductions management, cash application, customer contract management, and pricing request management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply as long as they have the required experience
• Training in process improvement, shared services operations, or finance operations desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Finance, Accounting, Credit & Collections, Deductions & Cash Application, Invoice to cash or Operations environment preferred.
• Experience working in a process-driven operational environment preferred.
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders desirable.
• Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.
