Trainer

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests

• Manage projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget

• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved

• Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials and or virtual tools

• Provide a critical eye to review training content and provide feedback for improvement

• Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness

• Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote

• Observe training sessions and provide development feedback to other trainers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience with Training in a BPO company

• Experienced with end to end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)

• Flexible with working on different shifts

• Must have excellent English communication skills

• Willing to work onsite in Southwoods, Binan, Laguna
