Trainer

• Deliver energetic, interactive training to new and existing team members, face -to -face and online
  
• Develop training programs for team members, including pre -work and post -work that deepen learning
  
• Monitor team member performance and participation in training
  
• Coach and mentor team members via one -on -one training and support
  
• Conduct evaluations of training, identifying and implementing areas for improvement
  
• Track training outcomes and contribute to the ongoing improvement of 5 ELK learning programs
  
• Attend meetings to present targeted training plans to clients
  
• Assist in the development of supporting tools to accelerate success for team members and their clients
  
• Manage our internal CRM to ensure compliance requirements are met
  
• Assist Client Experience Coaches and Managers in addressing client feedback
  
• Support the internal training team with new initiatives and projects
  
• Attend and contribute to internal meetings
  
• Role -model 5 ELK values and drive a culture of excellence, growth, and continuous improvement
  

Requirements

• A strong communicator who builds supportive, empathetic relationships and communicates clearly and confidently
  
• Someone with experience in training individuals and/or groups
  
• The ability to adapt to the individual learning style of team members, and manage their individual needs
  
• A person who is highly organised and can balance multiple priorities and projects
  
• The ability to take on feedback and prioritise your own personal development
  
• Someone focused on contributing to the personal development of their team
  
• An individual who is calm under pressure, proactive in solving problems, and focused on delivering quality results.
