Trainer (BPO)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team within the contracting/credentialing, telecom, and call center spaces. This role involves working closely with teams and stakeholders to provide expert advice, facilitate informed decisions, and ensure high-quality performance through comprehensive training and development programs.   Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance agent skills and knowledge within contracting/credentialing, telecom, and call center operations . Evaluate the training needs, performance trends, and current processes of the project and create and deliver a training development plan which includes training materials, learning resources, assessments, and guides. Address agents' concerns and provide accurate guidance on contracting, credentialing processes, telecom operations, and call center best practices. On a regular basis, review and assess agent performance and outputs to conceptualize training materials to address performance and/or knowledge gaps Collaborate with Operations and/or Clients to ensure training effectiveness Provide feedback and support during the creation, testing, and rollout of new processes or services. Coordinate, monitor and drive training and assessment completions Maintain a database of all training materials Stay informed and build expertise about the company and client's processes, services and updates to ensure accurate and relevant training.   Why we think this job is great: It’s a 100% remote position where you’ll work from home You’ll have the resources you need to learn, lead, and deliver results Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a training role within a BPO setting. Experience working in healthcare is a huge plus Preferred to have at least 1-2 years of experience using or managing a Learning Management System (LMS). Excellent command of the English language. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to lead and train effectively. Ability to support a Work from Home setup.
