Responsibilities:1. Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members.2. Develop and deliver effective training materials that align with organizational goals.3. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized programs.5.
