What you will do as a Trainer

Facilitate training of product information, policies, processes, systems, soft skills, and other information as required to achieve Operations objectives
Coordinate with Operations and other support departments to facilitate creation of systems credentials, timekeeping, new hire orientation presentations, and the hand-off of trainees to production
Administer assessments to confirm understanding of training material and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Regularly participate in production activities to maintain expertise on each line of business being trained
Complete necessary training, nesting, and certification prior to running a class
Check in to Teams Shift Log in Channel
Send Attendance update in the Class Attendance Channel
Attend pre-shift huddle with superior

Send EOD Report
Attend Calibration with QA and Ops when available
Live the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy)

What ClearSource Needs from You

Open to all agents within the Sunrun Vertical who have been with the company for at least 3 months.
