Trainer - Travel Sales

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Shift Schedule | Restdays: Night Shift

Educational Requirement: At least 2nd year completed

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years total experience (At least 6 months to 1 year as a Trainer)
• Must have experience in handling Sales Campaign
• Tools: Salesforce, PPT, Coaching & Mentoring, Microsoft Office
• New Hire classes: Training delivery, Individual and Co-facilitation, Reporting
• Non-New Hire: Floor support, Coaching, Training Needs Analysis / Training Needs Information, Work with Quality and Ops, Calibrations

Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
• Curriculum Development: Design and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methods.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance monitoring.
• One-on-One Coaching: Provide individualized guidance and support to employees.
